Soooo, I joined
Twitter. There's a part of me that feels like I've gone over to the dark side. I started an account not because I think there's anyone out there that really cares what I had for breakfast, but I'm seeing if it will drive any people to my Etsy shop. I'll give it a go for a bit and see if it results in traffic. It's all about marketing. Now
that's the dark side!

I joined Facebook and frankly find the whole post thing tedious. Can't imagine joining Twitter, too.
I did read this post this morning:

She makes it sound fun...witty....maybe there is something to it. I hope you'll tweet your way to many, many sales!
I still think Facebook is a yawn though.
Thanks for the LBP post. I'm now following her. I think Twitter is different than FB because it forces you to be short. I actually don't really know anything about FB, but have been told to avoid it unless I want to "reconnect" with people from high school. It all just makes me feel old.
Hmmm. Twitter is probably not for me, I'm a storyteller, longwinded and such. I did join Facebook for my writing collaborations (zines) and that is working out great for me, with the occasional "remember me" friend requests which I am not shy about ignoring.
I hope you find some use out of it and it isn't too dark ;)
PS the captcha is 'cultist' *giggles*
