The first was almost 35 minutes after noon on July 8th. This meant the time - at least where I was - was 12:34:56 7/8/09.
The second was later the same day in the afternoon. It happened at 04:05:06 on 07/08/09.
I'm not sure why I think this is so cool*, but it's one of those once in a lifetime/bucket list thingees.
* yes I do. I'm a geek.
