Sun Flower Necklace

Another new item in my Etsy shop! A swirly, curly sterling Sun Flower Necklace. This largish pendant is super eye-catching. A little bit spirally, a little bit asymmetrical, it lets you carry a bit of summer with you all year round.

Dotted Leaf Earrings

New(!) listing in my Etsy shop. These lovelies are riveted sterling dangles that I've sold at the Portland Saturday Market for a while, but have just now listed online.

I'm making an effort to list more of the new(ish) items I have on Etsy and not just keep them for the Market.*

Cube Studs

I don't usually make little, tiny things. Most of what I make leans toward the chunky, dangly, bigger side. (Guess it's because I'm big.) I had a smaller piece of some heavy square stock and thought how cute it would be to saw off little squares of it and make little posted studs. VoilĂ !

I think they are so cute. Solid sterling squares that are 1/8" on a side. I call them Cube Studs. Available in my Etsy shop.

After The Rain Stacking Rings

This is actually a design that I've made before. It was a while ago and I only made one. I saw it again when I was flipping through my design sketch book and thought I'd made a newer version of it. This time I've forged a wider, heavier hammered band for the main ring. The two side rings are also heavier and hammered. It gives the whole thing a more organic feel. I like the look of the three rings not being the same width. And, of course, they can be worn together or individually. Obviously, due to the way the mushrooms? droplets? antennae? are created, each ring is one-of-a-type. This one is a size 7.5. I call this design After the Rain and it's currently available in my Etsy shop.

Interrobang?!

An interrobang is a non-standard punctuation mark that combines a question mark and an exclamation point. It expresses wonder or incredulity (You did what?!). This is the latest in the series of punctuation mark necklaces that I've recently created. One of the things that I particularly like about this is that it's fully representational and almost abstract at the same time. It's bold and modern and not everyone will recognize what exactly it is. The Interrobang Necklace is currently available in my Etsy shop.

Geometry Earrings

New design. They weren't originally supposed to be asymmetrical, but hey, design happens. With the first one I put together, the larger ring was just a bit too small to sit directly half and half through the rectangular piece. It really worked for me. Guess I'm just an asymmetrical kind of gal! They sat on my bench a couple of days while I picked an earwire I liked and decided to go with the loops I use a lot because I liked that they reflect the circles. Repeating patterns are another of my design fallbacks. I'm liking the strong clean lines and the high polish of these earrings. I call them Geometry Earrings and they are available in my Etsy shop.

Divergence Necklace

Another in my line of stepping stone jewelry. I'm loving the asymmetry and the various lengths of rivets that connect the pieces. Gives it a modern, spiderwebby, abstract feel. It took a bit to work through the riveting to make sure it hung correctly. I ended up having to shift around how it is positioned because it was wonky the original direction. Not only don't I think it hurt the design, but I like it better this way. Love those "art accidents" that help. I call this one Divergence Necklace and it's available in my Etsy shop.
